I guess someone has to be a fan of Bobby.Apparently 0.33 is all about Billy. I'm a big fan of him so I'm really looking forward to the next update!
Though it means it's an update that i won't get much out of atleast some can find enjoyment in him.
It's not solely about Billy.
There's also Kendra getting more content.
So far, none of the updates have been about a single person, with multiple characters getting more content.
Yeah i'm aware. I just don't like Bobby.

Doesn't run, insanely slow and even the extraction of the file is a joke. Before anyone comments on my system, I have a high end gaming PC. Shit's just not working lol

If the file extraction is "a joke", as in it's slower than it was for you previously, then I'd say it is something to do with your system.
The game running slow can be down to any number of things, ranging from Unity related issues, RAM, SSD/HDD issues, but nothing that should influence the speed of extracting from the archived file(s).
Took me about 30 seconds to extract, and it's been running fine enough.
Only exception is the when going to the hospital. For whatever reason, it likes to chug a bit when the game pans toward Jason outside the hospital, but nowhere else.

To be honest I've absolutely no idea what the content of 0.33 will be... I was just trying to get a rise out of the Billy haters.
There's been more than enough of that shit in the past, including erroneously calling anything sexual involving him NTR, because nobody but Jason (AKA their personal proxy in that world) must have sex with the women. At all.
I don't care about that. I hate that the Bobby Hill stand in is allowed to bodyshame a good looking plump lady.
Now all we have is a bunch of stock models and teenagers.

What version of the game are you playing and is it PC or Mac
Does it also happen when you quit and restart the game, even starting a new game
Plus I do need to ask, have you used the cheat mod to do anything
EDIT: because right now I can only assume that you might have increased a ton of variables using the cheat mod and that caused the game to freeze up.
