What version of the game are you playing and is it PC or Mac

Does it also happen when you quit and restart the game, even starting a new game

Plus I do need to ask, have you used the cheat mod to do anything

EDIT: because right now I can only assume that you might have increased a ton of variables using the cheat mod and that caused the game to freeze up.

Unity does not run on Android, since game is on Unity engine you can forget it on android.
