Keep in mind that one of the aunt events isn't implemented yet, check the replay feature in MC's computer. If you only have one locked, you have done everything related to the aunt.

Hmm, in the Log "aunt will contact me soon" is crossed. Does that relate to the email or something else?

As an aside, it bothers me a bit that you can see Julia working in the living room at afternoons or reading in her room in evenings, but not interact with her.

From memory, she contacts you via email and then I think I waited a day and met her the next again morning at the coffee shop. Also, the stuff with Julia where you cant interact with her just means no more content till the next update so you must have done the Julia tasks.
