Oh boy ... is it just me or is the randomizer for Fitness Babe 3 a bit odd?
Took me 5 weeks to finally pass FB3 and get rewarded. I was working every day from 10 to end. I actually got her a lot of times, but always failed until week 5.

To be honest it's the randomiser when we tested version 0.83 it took one of us 23 times to get away from the mugger it's just one of those things

Ancient Egypt 7 is on the panel in the elevator.
Ancient Egypt 8 is on the far right (back) wall in the sex shop.
Interstellar 4 is on the floor next to the counter when you go in the health club.
Interstellar 5 can be found by going to your map at night and taking a walk.

I can say for certain there is nothing wrong with the file what are you using to try to extract it
