Okay, so here is what I have made so far, I guess they can be used as sigs if they don't get chosen. 
This one was almost perfect, but poor Annie was blocked...
Hard to do some of this without sprites of them all...

That's what I was thinking (sort of). All the ideas I had mulled I discarded so far because it would require custom renders to look good. Mixing existing graphics just doesn't look better than the original in my opinion.Hard to do some of this without sprites of them all...
Nottravis Can we submit a design that would essentially be only a concept? Thus relying on the renders to be created and tailored for it?

Yeah, it's a real pain if you don't find one with a pretty solid background (especially if they have hair).
In that first one, I had to cut Chris out of a background because I had almost nothing with her as a sprite, and that theme was everyone in red shirts.

I'm glad you did. I hit a wall with what approach to take, so it gave me ideas. Not that I consider your banners to be bad, but I don't think this is the best direction to take.I figured I would start by working with what we have.

The only problem I had with most of my other ideas, they didn't have too much to do with the main game, too many things with the pirates, like getting the girls dressed for that, or the VR game. While that stuff is great, and fun as hell, it's not the best representation of the game itself...I'm glad you did. I hit a wall with what approach to take, so it gave me ideas. Not that I consider your banners to be bad, but I don't think this is the best direction to take.
One of the best Notty's renders so far IMO, so I'm not surprised.

As a general comment, I think it should come across in some way that this is an adult game. Having one of the characters be nude or partially nude could work.

I think it would give out the wrong idea about the game. Don't get me wrong, I'm after traffic - but I also don't want the wrong audience to play it. For then all we would get is grief from people who just don't "get it" y'know?
