I could probably scrounge around... though If you are into women on women you would probably be a little dissapointed, they rather liked to depict scandalous Man-on-Man action in those days, particularly amongst the Greek.

played it and loved it. I mean its voiced (the female-protagonist part)!! and quite "professional" I have to say.
I m also quite into historical stuff but I gotta say... ppl complaining about the right/wrong helmets or where the freakin belt sits... thats ridiculous.
You could actually argue that the logic for the first encounter is rather off for roman way of thinking. Saving your daughters from rape/abuse? no doubt. Unmarried women who d suffered such a fate were "worthless" to the family as they could either never have been married ever or maybe be married far beneath their actual position. But if in any case the mother willingly gave herself to the intrudors her fate would have been between getting killed and suicide as neither her returning husband nor society would have accepted the disgrace. Not to mention that if these guys were permitted to assault that family, there wouldn have been limits to what they might do anyway ( and they wouldnt have tamed themselves). But do we really have to care about that?
Its a lewd game. So.. f*** it.
It looks good, its interesting, its voiced ffs and its in a setting we dont see too much. Also the details around the setting are quite good, even if there are mistakes, this approach is far beyong what other lewd-games offer us.
I however would have to share criqtique about the introduction. I feel it was rather rushed. like there are about 4 or 5 lines about where and when you are, as well as the (political) situation.
And next you have a particulary committed description and depiction about the conversation and sexual encounter.
I think there could be added some depth to before the face off with the intruders. A few one liners dont really feel like doing the job and it felt odd to me in comparison to the well written parts that followed up. Writing skills are clearly there... you just missed to put remotely as much heart into the introduction to really make the player(s) arrive in this particular period and the family situation

Thanks for all the info you provided! The introduction used to be a thousand-word long, but I've decided to cut it down since I thought it was too lengthy and no one would read it. I think I was wrong. We'll talk about it then probably put it back in when next patch arrives. Your opinion on leading the audience into the historical setting makes a lot of sense, and we will take experience out of it and make sure we does a better job for the next update, which won't be here soon.played it and loved it. Perhaps put in an option to read the introduction if it is that long. It's hard to please everyone so an option will at least give people who just want to quickly get to the action a way to do just that.

there is already one in the game rn!Perhaps put in an option to read the introduction if it is that long. It's hard to please everyone so an option will at least give people who just want to quickly get to the action a way to do just that.
I only mention that to cut off the inevitable complaints about how much reading someone has to do in order to get to the action.
I myself look forward to the lengthier introduction, however.

Even though, this game seems little short for the first release I absolutely love the artwork it is so life bringing and unique.

I second lindybeige as a good resource (although most of what I have watched of him has been medieval as opposed to Roman). He also does some nice pieces on the general setting and life which could be of value.
Love the artwork and I echo the comments about this being a wonderfully underused setting which is a good font for various depravities. Though judging from the current historical critiques offered so far you might be opening up a secondary avenue for criticism as to the authenticity of any given interaction

Ok ... the art is good, but there are just a few pictures. And it is really short. It is more like a demo or intro.
In that pace it will take 5-10 updates before we get a glimpse at the story and content.
