Haha... Well, I get the humor in your voice but still wanna say it. This is still an "Adult" VN. Do not get your hopes up too high. And the dev is a visual artist, not a psychologist or a social scientist. Just the fact that he put in so much effort in a porn game is remarkable. Because I've seen big-budget movies, TV Series and books get the sciences, or even the simplest facts wrong spectacularly, even when they are directly connected to the main theme.I think this game is a bit complicated for the younger generation, both in the artistic and in the game moment. If the author continues in the same vein, it will not be a porn game. It will be a philosophical parable with elements of porn.
For example, in the movie called "The Space Between Us", which is the story about a boy born on Mars, shows instantaneous communications between earth and Mars. How the heck do you do that, when it takes about 6 minutes for light itself to travel back and forth between earth and Mars even when Mars gets the closest to earth!!! I mean c'mon, if you're gonna write for a sci-fi movie, at least try to get the basic scientific facts straight!!! This was an instant turnoff for me and I couldn't take the rest of the movie much seriously (actually managed to get several other facts wrong as well, that are directly related to the progression of the story).
On the other hand, I love books like "The Expanse" because you can tell that the author's done his homework. And it's not always scientific, if you want the story to be consistent, you gotta work hard. Some may find it annoying, but it's no surprise to me that it takes so long for G. R. R. Martin to publish a book. Otherwise, he would end up placing the troops outside the castle, or charging his cavalry in complete darkness (yeah, pointing towards you, "Dumb&Dumber")!
It's not easy to weave a believable story that takes place in space, and it's not easy to weave a story about a romantic relationship between a mother and a son. If you choose to go that way, you gotta put in the effort.
