What if she doesn't have a "rich spoiled brat side" to her in the first place? I mean we're introduced to her caring nature literally upon her first encounter with MC for a reason.

With BaDIK (or any Ren'Py game) you don't have to do anything other than download and play the latest version, assuming the dev hasn't done anything new with his save system. All you need to do is run the game and select Load.
Saves are stored in 2 locations, one is where you extract the game, the other is stuffed in your Users folder thing if I'm not mistaken. You CAN keep the saves in the game folder as backups if you like though.

Totally, the hidden stats of the character's reactions/interactions don't lie at all, it would be counterintuitive to think that a character that requires CHICK score to progress all of a sudden you need to be a huge DIK to finish her path.

But ... it could exist a "change of heart" path in characters that require being a DIK or the other way around (as an alternative of course)

Judging by that scene with her in her room I highly doubt it. Her suddenly being an annoying rich brat like Tybalt would just be shit writing.

In later episodes it would be interesting to see a Mass Effect alignment like change on the main girls. Meaning if Jill is good but loves a bad dik MC she could be "influenced" to move towards his bad dik alignment. Not a full 360 spin of good to bad (or vice versa) but you would see some subtle and noticeable differences.

Definitely 100% shit writing if that occured. I'd be fine with it if it started that way and there were hints of it. It would basically go against everything he's been building on for the character so far. Not only wouldn't it make sense for her character, but it also wouldn't make sense that Bella would for some odd reason try to find out if the MC is a good person or not to protect Jill (even excluding the part of Bella that wants him for herself); then feed him to such a person for no apparent reason. Nor would it make sense that Bella would hate Tybalt yet have a friend exactly like him. Added to that DPC seems to be avoiding the rich girl stereotype with her.

All signs are pointing to whatever it is that she got bullied for, and whatever that is could also possibly be related to why she's so nervous about even a single person seeing her perform on the piano. It could be simple stage fright but I think its a bit deeper than that.

I've thought from the time searching her room and finding a picture of her and Bella together that Bella is her parent or at least guardian who's related to her real parents.

Jill's mother/father was estranged from their wealthy family due to drug issues so, when they went to jail/died, Jill was taken in by a neighbour. Bella was the daughter of that neighour so essentially a big sister. The grandparents put money in trust which is why she's able to live with the rich kids and her parents issues were well known which explains the bullying.
