Aaahhh thank you, so that's how it is. I just got the Onsen trip on the next Saturday after taking her to matsuri. Not sure if it matters, but besides having the paramiters for everything else (high enough trust and sexual interest for other content to trigger), but I also used a few aphrodisiacs on her and I got it to trigger while she was just in a good mood rather than onii-chan mode. So I'm guessing over a week, not a bad mood, refused at least once (I ended up refusing twice), and high sensitivity. I know the person who found out said "middle of the night" she attacks, but I woke up at 7 or 8 on a sunday with her on top.
For me I haven't even been given the chance to refuse. The trick with the aphrodisiacs might help through. One thing I have noticed is that when I save and then ask, she refuses to bathe with me before masturbating in the bathroom. I've checked on several different days and it's always like that.
