Same here. From the options displayed on the bottom left, Quit and M (Mute audio) are understandable but the rest remain a mystery. Wild guess but Ex might enable Extra content and Dev might be for Developer options menu? Zero idea about what Dream does though.

Some reason he finds some fucking way to put annoying shit for players. He is known to rework game to make shit annoying. Why in the hell did he put a real time system.

In his previous game he was doing things ok until Milfy City hit and he reworked the entire damn inventory system to make it annoying.
