I think i found a bug. The next day consequences to the day 14 choice 'go out with john' vs 'stay at home' seem to be reversed? If you choose to let Nick go out, and thus the cam girl scene doesn't play, Lily still references it the next morning. And if you have him stay and he does watch the cam show, she doesn't mention it at all.
Not sure if this is just a superficial bug or it's actually tied to variables.

Bumping this because I too am curious, only played up to 1.1 in rpgm, but never saw anything in the changelogs indicating pregnancy as a mechanic or ending. Some mild preggo talk with the painter (Lily pondering risks of being creampied), but that's all I saw

actually this mention is based off of whether he check the bathroom not if he goes out or not... if he stays home and checks the bathroom then it should mention big nick... (Lily has to catch him watching it to mention it next morning)
oh but it checks >= 2 but it's default is 0 and if he goes out it... stays at 0 ... yep need to fix that
and yes it is very minor won't affect any other gameplay...
