They're like that before, but when made available on the contact list, they're not pregnant and have those body morph sliders up. Also ones that can't get pregnant like porn actresses and prostitutes/customers. Also male NPCs.

I think it's feasable, it's basically what some of SB's mods do, like Beauty Expansion or Weight&Fitness. I had a look of some lpaction and lpscene files to understand the logic but it's way beyond my modding skills
You can check companion_eyelashes.lpaction& .lpscene for an example.That explains it the, I only went through a couple of better pregnancy scripts. the ones that introduce new npc's, and they put in a few pregant npc's although I think they are just for looks and not actual pregnant. Going through all sb's scripts would take forever and more patients than I have lol.
You do meet some who are actually pregnant. If you exchange numbers it instantly puts up the "a baby was conceived" notification. Also, the pregnant ones and the just fat ones have a different body shape.
I do wish sb would come back. Some things in PYG still need serious fixing. "Looks like nobody's interested" comes up WAY too often even with prostitution skills up and beyond 300. That goddamn motherfucking nurse and her goddamn motherfucking freak son also show up way too often. I wish I could block or remove them from the game. I always emergency out from them. If you go, you lose your possibly very attractive, very experienced prostitute with that ugly old lady with very little experience. Nobody's going to want an ugly old lady to fuck. Need to be able to tell them to fuck off and never return.
hahaha yeah that two bastards the mother and her son ! btw after your character get raped, the next time you will get an option to just "ignore these perverts" when you go to pee, so i think that's the only option you get from the game for now

I don't still fully understand what the blendpreset function does tbh, if it adds, substitutes non zero values or makes the average.
I wanted to make a routine that mixes the morph traits of a specific couple to get a child, but i think is impossible to randomize each morph trait.

You copied to the wrong directory, Update Only should be extracted in a way that overwrites your old update's LifePlay.exe and many other files
start a new scene via followup() or something, it's only in effect for the duration of the current scene
Best way is to rename old folder to what the new one is, minus all the _32/64 etc things and after. The next one name LifePlay_2_20, also name the next zip file that. Move the zip file to where the old one is and extract answer "replace" to all. Not sure how to fix. You might have fucked your game sideways.

will only need to update the latest files. So instead of downloading the whole thing again, players could download smaller patches with 100mb or something of the sort. I use it for my game and it's great, because the launcher also auto-updates the game just like steam does; I heavily recommend you to do it! =DYou already only have to download updates rather than the entire game.
I for one wouldnt be using any desktop app's to launch or instal a porn game
