Some people said that he got it turned back on. That may or may not be true - maybe Patreon turned it back on after Trust & Safety (HAH!) found nothing wrong. We just don't know.

We don't know the reason why it was suspended and why it's back. We can only assume it was because of incest, that's our best guess i think.
I just looked at description of the game on patreon to find any clues and this is what i found:

I'm not sure if this game needed patch, but i don't think so. If i remember correctly there was never anything about landladies before.
For me now it's clear that the reason of review was incest. And that he got it back, we just don't know if he only changed description, or also game.
