But, 1-2 week ago, when I had 5 days of vacation, I was testing new content and played the whole game through...

It became clear to me why the game wasn't a success after all and why it robbed so much of my motivation at the end (It still does here and there btw). Some parts of it are just garbage and it isn't very well thought out. Some sections of the first day, the wayyy too short intro and so many things which I started and left unfinished.

So why bringing out new content, even with new characters, when the game has so many construction sites?

If I want this to be a success this time, I have to put much more time and effort in it.

However, this just doesn't work with a fulltime job, friends and family and I don't want to burn me out again.

So I'm gonna work on the game fulltime from November on. I can afford this because I really worked a lot this summer and If it doesn't work out, then I can get back to my job in spring.

Please don't pledge anymore as long as no new updates coming out. Unfortunately, I haven't found settings where I can turn it off.

I offer all patrons from August/September to get a refund, just mail me.

I really understand if you pissed right now...

That was in september, we've had no news since then. I don't think we're getting anything any time soon

I wish someone had taken over and continued the work.
A lot of Koikatsu games are coming out as of late and some of them are really good.
I will gladly wait and play their each update.
But none of them gives me the vibe of this one.

he made them himself there where no official distributed cards of them

..... being fair i had been a mod on his discord server .... he vanished and after the first 3 month of nothing we mods wondered than i was a mod alone suddenly .... one day spliff came again asking what we hoped for etc and saying he was sorry etc .... a couple weeks later again without a word came news to patreon .... a while after again only patreon .... that this game was hitting nails in its coffin was clear when he stopped doing updates and stopped talking to us on discord .... it is a shame in my opinion as this one was a mostly straight forward fuckfest but it was a great game, just wish he would at least officially call the game "dead" himself just feels odd having no official news from his end espacially as there are always new people coming and new hopes arise wich shouldn't even have sparks of hope there

maybe if we all tried to support with the most expensive patron that he has from $ 50 seeing it as a patron for maintenance of the game you could make him earn enough money to dedicate himself to the video game and motivate himself with our monetary support, since the truth is that this game did have enough future and what most limits the creator seem to be monetary issues since it seems that it is his work that consumes his time and prevents him from continuing it, I do not know but it could work if we all supported it.
