How the fuck are you supposed to get people out of the bedroom? Can't get any scenes because people are constantly entering the bedroom. If I open it for a second to allow the girl that I'm trying to bang into the bedroom, other people run in too. This shit has been going on for like 40 fucking minutes.

Yeah, so far they show no signs of doing that. I wish they would as well. Even a "The Next Day" kind of thing where they use Ashley's prank on Madison as the last sex of the night and you wake up in bed with Ashley or something. Bunch of tired, hung over people who slept over in the house.

I'd say they added about 30+ more hours of game play from Steam release, all new graphics, new animations, lots of new game mechanics, and new characters.
All you gotta do is load up an older version to see the vast number of improvements. I think there's a video somewhere in this thread illustrating that as well. Look at the recent Steam reviews vs the original reviews when the game was released as well, and you'll see the difference, or just pull up some YouTube footage of the new Game Grumps content vs them playing it years ago.
This community often has a frame of mind where if an update doesn't revolve around sex, it's not actually an update, which there has been updates to the sex, but it's not the dev's main focus. The sex has been updated *some*, and though it's better, it's not leaps and bounds beyond what it was, though the new animations are a big improvement over the original. So if that's what you're looking for in terms of "improved", then nah, I wouldn't say you're missing out on anything.
The game is like the old Sierra Leisure Suit Larry games in the sense that you can make a wrong move and die, or get cut off from content, so maybe that's why people are thinking that there's not much more content, but there is actually TONS depending on what choices you make.

4 years and still in alpha, man i don't know. most reviews said for a porn game it's pretty grindy and hasn't much porn content. the quality of the animations looking weird. i'm not sure if it's worth the time.

House party feels tedious to play and there really isn't much going on. As a fap game, I'd rate it a 2/10 and as a regular game, I'd rate it a 1/10
No, this is an alpha build of THIS content. Whenever they introduce new content into the game, it starts out as Alpha, then goes to Beta, and then Stable Release, the back to Alpha of the new content. It's kind of like another "chapter" of the story. It's not Alpha in the sense that the entire game is still in Alpha. All of the other stories in the game and most of the gameplay is already fleshed out and working aside from anything that the new story might interfere with.
