PandaLoverGames, check mega links - all of them from the OP are out, as well as gdrive, so atm the only working is gofile (EDIT. it has damaged archives for win, so you have no working LINK in the OP atm!)
if you cant upload it, report the op and some of uploaders will add more working links for you.
btw, why there are separate win and lin versions, usually in renpy those two go together
