Kuvira is on a weekly schedule. Talk to her on 4th and 7th days of her schedule. That will unlock the events eventually.
For Pema - You have to warn tenzin the first time and not warn him the second time

Question: How to get cg with Korra in a wedding dress, the alternative scene when opening 3 chakra and cg with Korra x Asami x Guru sex also in wedding dresses? ( as I understood is have sth to do with love - lust [ switch in the book of memories] but do not know exactly) - does it have sth to do with the alternative ending?

You will get either the love CG or lust CG. If Korra loves you, you will get the wedding CG

Is there any choices that can lock you out of some content? Like, what will happend if I give photos to Sandy and what if I dont?
those photos are not matter.
But there are other things that can lock you out. Specially The NTR and Futa. You can avoid them easily. But you have to do something to get them

How exactly does it lock content? If I choose to see NTR and Futa scene then they lock something? Or they more like "if you into it you can see it without losing anything, if not - then we will lock all such content"?
