There's no patch or anything like that I'm afraid, Monster Girl Club is the separate official English (and uncensored) version of Brothel of Mamono and the Plus add-on.

The last update for the original games add-on was over a year ago, and this English version hasn't had one for awhile.
I got to ask does the updated version includes the addon as well? I like the elf and salamander from the looks of it.

Your gonna need to have it to meet the money requests with every weeks deadline im afraid. Still if see a fave you like from the slave market or auction you can choose to never let her be used by anyone but you, be the one who takes her virginity, falls in love with you and indeed get her specific ending so it can be avoided if you choose to go that route but completely? Dont think thats possible im afraid as the game is literally about you running a brothel.
Like Skode said, it's mandatory. You can get by with 2 prostitutes with right traits/abilities and some ban items, but if you want to make money (it's the goal of this game) then you will have to whore some girls out.

I feel you, bud. You wanna protect those girls, make them happy. The best you can do for them in this game is make sure you have Banned Badges at all times. Keep a slime for the nights a std guy comes (I know, but banned badges are expensive, and you can't just ban everyone.), and ban anyone with the rough or cruel stat. The risk of mind-break is too high...
The pain of losing a girl to mind-break is too great...
Also, for playboys, don't let anyone who has love less than 3 go with them. Even better if you have enough ban badges to ban them too.
For the absolute ultra wholesome experience: NEVER sell any girls. Trust me, you will have enough rooms for them all. I accidentally got a very special ending cause of this. No spoilers, but headpats were aplenty.
