Agreed. That was an unintended consequence of updating the UI. It's been fixed for the new version.

It has to be after this scene.
AltosandHerdone made the choice to add a heat wave where the girls have removed the cardigans. This is the reason for the long wait for the update because all events in corridors, classrooms and workdays patrols become obsolete once the heat appears.
If it appeared independently of the story they would have to render a second version for each existing event.
They probably made the choice to link the heat wave to the story. But, of course, they had to design brand new events and it explains the long wait.

You will notice a change with the order of things this update if you start again from the beginning. Amy and Rachel will both be stuck at a certain point in their storylines until you can punish the girls yourself, so a lot of what you've seen for those two has been out of sequence. Having sex with Amy and making Rachel your pet both actually happen in chapter 2. It doesn't really matter though, old saves will work fine and everything will still make sense.
I've updated the punishment scenes for Rachel as well so the mc can give her a topless spanking in front of her classmates. If you've already made her your pet you wouldn't get to see this, however, I'm adding in a quiz on Fridays where you can pick a girl to ask questions. You can make the questions impossibly hard and that way you can pick which girl to punish in class rather than it being random.
Although, if you do this and deliberately make the questions too difficult you'll lose popularity.

If you look closer to the image of Liz's punishment you can see three girls looking with a smile on their faces: Debbie, Amy and Rachel. The ones that have been corrupted. The rest look kinda uncomfy. Lucy's face shows that, despite our best efforts, she hasn't been changed that much. We definitely need to do more work there.
About she being expensive... boy, she is expensive! You could spend 1/3 of your income on her. Luckily, we have a number of naughty girls (and very generous school owners) that provide us extra outcome during the week.

Yeah, she is starting to become aware that not only can she use his lust against him, and profit, but she also seems to be starting to enjoy showing off to some degree, like when she bent over to get her money last time.
What I want to see is her starting to do it more for fun, than for the money or discipline, like Liz is starting to enjoy. Right now, it seems she enjoys it more for the power that it holds over the HM, but perhaps she might find it gives her other thrills in the future as well.
It would mean that not only would she be more willing to do some of the punishments, but she would also require more extreme forms of punishment to be effective, like Amy but in a different way.

That said, just because she is starting to enjoy showing off, that doesn't mean she is comfortable with watching others do the same yet.

I think you hit the nail in the head w/ that comment. That is exactly what's going on. Lucy is enjoying her interactions with the headmaster more than she is willing to admit, but she's afraid of what the others would say about her. That is perfectly clear when she goes topless in the garden. That's probably what we need to work with her in the next couple updates, She not caring about what the others think about her, after that is resolved I think we'll see a whole new Lucy.
