Ok I think I found a work around. downloaded both the official and unofficial versions. Deleted the 'www' 'scenario' and 'locales' files from the unofficial, then moved those equivalent files from the official to the unofficial. (note you probably don't need to do all of that, but I did and it seems to work).

It is. Seems like it's still protected by DRM from the comments, but if what the person above works for a workaround, I'm happy to have provided something to get people a chance to play the full thing.
all you have to do is copy alll the exe and dll files in the main folder of the translated version and paste to the official game folder.

How much is translated? I've tried the workaround but the official files weren't translated so I just deleted them again.

Yep this works! For some reason when i tried to transfer my save files it just goes back to japanese but u can just restart, skip for 10 secs and go to recollection room and give the 0105 password to d-chan!
Your config (included with the save folder) defaults to JP, you can change it back on the settings
Just uploaded this standalone version with the new translation, I think it works but let me know if it's broken.

I keep getting decryption errors when I try to download it. Might be a problem on my end, but could you try uploading it to MEGA as a rar or 7zip file?
Dumb question, but does the official version have the issue of words being cut-off at certain points during sentences and being finished below the original sentences like this?

Same error with me. Specifically, Megasync chickens out when it tries to download nw.dll.
I'll test the download as a zip option later.
Edit: Apparently download as a .zip from megasync downloads the entire folder normally and then zips it. I doubt there's anyone here without megasync installed, but the download as a .zip option may work then.
Well i've been playing the quite a bit and stumbled on this error (The only error i've had thus far)
