just go to his patreon and download from there it is a public release.
Is anyone in the community working on mods for this? I like this game enough to make some myself if there isn't, but no sense reinventing the wheel if someone else already built it.

Well, there is the issue of chakra, typically people can't make too many of them, and it's a supposed to be a high level jutsu that isn't accessible to everyone. So generally, I think it would make sense for a Genin to not know how to use them, anything higher than that tho...

Oh, that's the scene you'll get after Tsunade goes from level 2 to 3, I made a bit of a mistake there, should be fixed now tho!
Dead characters will be in arc 3! Not sure about Mikoto tho.
Honestly I never would have imagined seeing this sentence in a sincere context.

Oh, that's actually a pretty good question, the progress will be carried over, arc 1 serves more as a "tutorial" of sorts, so you get the idea of how you ended with the 4 girls and Tsunade under your control, with the bonus girls being dependent on if you got them in arc 1.

I couldn't update the game. So I am going through my 3rd playthrough :')
I did all missions 3 times ot get Weird flower but I didnt get even one ( needed to capture Tsunade). Does it drop on only 1 mission if so could someone say which one?

I cannot answer that due to my only memory of Naruto that I recall coming from the original. I have no desire period to rewatch that whole series and hear Believe It 9000000000000 times over.
Which is also why I'm fine with NTRing Naruto on every level.

According to the dev, we should be getting dead characters in Arc 3. So that's the best bet for when Tayuya will make an appearance.
