I've tried WineBottler, Wineskin Winery (with Wine and Wine Staging engines) and PlayOnMac. I have the same problem with all 3 - the top left corner of the graphics is in the middle of the window, so a big chunk is offscreen. No useful solutions found via google.

Well, see therein lies the issue. Unless Max is shooting blanks, he's going to eventually knock one, or all, of the people he's having sex with up. I have never seen him use a condom in this game, there is no option to use one in this game, and the only person he isn't having vaginal sex with (so far) is Lisa, Vicky, Diane, Olivia, Eve, and Kira.
It just seems to me that this will be a logical conclusion that some point in the game that one (if not all of) the girls he's having sex with will come to him and tell him that he's knocked them up. It could even be a storyline in the game where each girl struggles with the decision on whether or not they will keep the child or not.
And, I don't mind this kind of stuff in a game, as it shows the creators understand that there are real world consequences to their MCs actions.

TBH, I don't get why devs don't just make a really poor patreon game as a front, and then just market the "real" game on forums (like this) in the third person (plausible deniability). I would 100% go that route.

DS himself said yesterday he won't implement pregnancy even if he would go back to BB. It's troublesome for development. On my own I would say that people are into incest but there aren't many people who are into incest pregnancies. It's been kind of a niche for obvious reasons.
