2 launchers? There only should be the game.exe. Click on that and it should start with a message screen, then
the Disclaimer. Next is the Main menu screen from where you can start the game or change the settings.

In general, I would advise against going from 0.9 to 1.0 for a regular incremental update and instead to continue with 0.10.
Going from minor to major version numbers usually suggests an initial but essentially feature-complete release, or in case of VNs a chapter break or major story arc ending.
It would only invite a couple of pages of "so, is this finished now?".

0.10, then 0.11, 0.12 and so forth?

Yes there is no limitations to numbers but the infinite

and for minor/bug fixes, you can have 0.11.1 for instance

Good game, interesting story with a bit of humor in a cyberpunk theme.

Though it feels like a kinetic novel, the choices are often "do you want to see the sex scene ? Y/N". There is even a choice "take the lift or take the stairs" and if you choose to take the lift you still take the stairs instead

Also there is some typos, but nothing off-putting

Thank you. Some choices are there for the fluff and also provide a point for autosaves for android users.
At that time in game developement i disabled the quickmenu bc i think it looks ugly ... lurking at the bottom of the
screen. But maybe i add another route there, so it doesn´t feel as pointless.
