For the drink: meet with her an try to impregnate whitout enoug money in your poket (less 16k); she coment to meet in the bar, repeat some times untill the option appear in her dialoge options.

You need enough in the bank and then go back to the bank, you should get a scene about the ATM. Touko is fun, I like her other scenes.

is from miyu, impregnate 400 or 500 grils, I dont remember the exact number, or use in console:
totalpreg=x raises your total impregnations to x

Found a way to get 100 % fertility. Open console and type alcohol = - 100 then go buy 25 shots.

Side girls are unlocked by progressing in main girls questlines. Michelle and JEWS/POL duo accordingly.

Are you talking about the girls that dress in black? If so, they've been removed from the game until further notice. As for the political duo, you usually explore downtown, and it's a random encounter. I would just save scrub until you get the desired effect.
