Game has fairly interesting plot, intriguing characters and some rather hot chicks...yet, there is one thing that could improve the game, without much additional effort imo.

This 100%. One well written sex scene is infinitely better than 10 animation loops that look like something out of a body horror movie. Many devs use them as substitute to writing a sex scene which is just weird. If I wanted to see silent 3d models fucking, I'd watch a source video or some shit that at least uses professionally made renders from mainstream games.

Great - another game where the dev changes to the new version of Ren'py half way through a game and anyone with an older PC can't continue playing it. I don't have a problem with new games using the new set up but why change in the middle of a game?

It gives the devs a batter platform to work with.

The patch on lewdpatcher is for v. 0.6 and won't play nice with the latest chapter; here's a version with 0.7 added. I haven't changed anything except adding a chapter header for chapter 7 to the menu.

Edit: Ah, just noticed Weasel_Face has already done the same. Nvm.

This update just repeat the last scene of act 6 and then ask you to pick which act to start with 1-6, 7 is missing or hidden below the dialog box

for every game like that there are multiple ones where the mc is the most pathetic guy in the world where their only "redeeming" quality is having a horse dick. Yes there are a lot of terrible domination games.
The MC in this game is not pathetic, for the most part but he is really inconsistent, regardless of your choices. In some scenes he's a hard as nails badass and in others a woman he just saved talks all over him, ignores what he's saying and takes his number while he just stands there mumbling like he never talked to a woman in his life. it doesn't fit
