I'm going to wait until this is finished because every time there's an update my save data gets erased. I like this game but this is a glaring problem.

They don't get erased, you just have to copy them over from the previous save folder to the newer one. The save folder is located inside the game folder.

Requested by J2J
If you want a game compressed or want to help the community with more crunched versions, join us at Game Compression Requests 2.0 and post your requests or compressions!

I tested the prologue, some of the vfx were rendering wrong, so I replaced them with the original files instead to not have that happen.

If it breaks for certain scenes, it was not intentional and should use the official version instead!
This unofficial port/version is not released by the developer, download at your own risk.

Tyrant Quest [Ch1-to-10 Ending 2/7: Elanor] [Redikal Software]

Original Win10_64 Compressed: 2.44 GiB
Original Win10_64 Uncompressed: 2.60 GiB
Lite Win10_64 Rar Size: 654 MiB
Lite Win10_64 Size on Disk: 813 MiB

No Virustotal link due to rar exceeding 650 MiB. If the compression worked on the vfx, it coulda been 649 MiB or less. Unlucky.

Tools used: RPGM/Ren'Py Cruncher v0.4.1

Say fans what kind of game this is? Sauron instead of rebuilding Dark Tower and armies of Mordor he decides to revenge rape Galadriel?

FFTW Cheers mate, but this wouldn't be a good idea given how poorly the game is doing in term of revenue for us. Nonetheless, we have a new game starting next month, hopefully, it is good enough so that it erases any sadness in the absence of a Tyrant Quest 2. This is something we have been working on for almost a year now, in the free time and in between the Tyrant Quest releases. It's really something special, and a new revolutionary step for me in term of quality.
I hope it does better or we'll be forced to quit making games like so, but I'm hopeful. Fingers crossed!
I'm feel very bad that Tyrant quest didn't doing well so I hope your new game would do much better, and I have follow and saw the progress of that game so I really can't wait for the debut. Do you have the name for that new project yet and what was the plot for it?

I would really love to talk about it but it's a slippery slope unlike Tyrant Quest. It's the kind of plot that can be totally ruined by exposing it, even in the slightest form, a big part of the appeal will be for the players to discover what it is about and draw conclusions by himself.
Contrary to Tyrant Quest, I'm actively directing the plot. For Tyrant Quest, the writer was the only captain of the plot so it's a big change for me.
I fear that if I explain the new game, I could end up revealing things I didn't want to; which I would regret later on etc. Specially at this stage, it's hard to know exactly what is safe to share exactly, the synposis have not been written yet and it's gonna be tricky to nail it correctly but once that done, you'll be the first informed and everyone following the patreon.

Yes, I have the name for the new project, but again it will be revealed on the Patreon during the news of this month, it's simply to avoid having someone trolling me by copyrighting a name or creating a domain name until the game is officially announced on my page. It's very unlikely that it happens I concede that, it's just that when you have been working on a game for one year+ and spent thousands of dollars, you do become a bit paranoid on those things.

But much thanks for following the project, it won't be long before it can be played I promise, around a month or so, the first version won't have a crazy amount of content and it will still remain on the slow side until Tyrant Quest is done totally but at least I'll be able to fix bugs and see if the feedback is positive etc.

Sorry for being so elusive, but really it won't take much longer until you get to play it, and I'm conscious it might end up being not the thing of everyone following me as it is very different compared to Tyrant Quest, but let's see how it goes...

No worry! If you feel like revealing the plot would ruined the experience then it's fine to not talk about it, and by doing so you make me feel very excited for the demo to check and learn about it myself. Once again, don't worry and I'll always keeping my eyes on the project and hope I can give some feedback for you and your team to do even better work in the future updates

After these last updates and favorable life stuff, I have decided to support you as this had been great, at least up until the finish of Tyrant Quest. The reason I say that because of the new thing being "very different from TQ", if it's not totally my thing then sorry
But for now, yeah, you deserve it.
Now about the last update (Eleanor ending). I was wondering if you had any imput or ideas about the way it turned out, or was it fully the writers thing?

lordfridge9 Much appreciated! You really don't have to but it's very welcome, I would also totally understand if the newer game is not your thing, frankly, it's not up to me to say anything on that matter, so thank you for choosing to support us for the time being. (y)

About Elanor, I guess we will never know, I did push that direction a bit for the ending specifically, but frankly, it started since the beginning of her being captured by the DL. In chapter 9/10 she was already sort of an evil character which was something I didn't direct in anyways, it's just coming to fruition with the time skip and this seemed the right way to go when we made her new look. The only vocal players towards Elanor that I had on PM over the Patreon were looking forward to her corruption so this also pushed this direction, but overall was a pretty natural decision making.
So the answer would be no there was no kind direction for her that was considered in her ending, by me and by the writer.
However, it would have been considered, if enough people vocalised those expectations before the ending.

That's ok. Just a quick non spoilery question about the new thing. Will the announcement of it explain everything from A to Z in what to expect, content etc without spoiling the story of course?

lordfridge9 It will be probably saying very little, it's really a game to try and see. I wouldn't risk it for like one month of wait max. The synopsis is not yet ready and frankly, I'm burning out on so many things right now between the two games that it will be probably done at the last moment, once the most important is taken care of. However, I will share the title and a lot of screenshots.

The first version gonna be like a beta version, mostly to do bug fixings, and delivering something to see and play because if I wanted to finish absolutely everything perfectly how I wanted, this could wait forever, so I have just decided to release what I have in a sort of playable first version with the introduction and a bit of content (should take ~30-40min to go through). I'm actually cutting some contents that were planned originally for the first version because this would delay the release furtherback.

RE:Infinity Can you pin point the exact scene, that will help me see if there is something wrong with the files. Are you using the compressed version as well?
