Well if it is just to beat Tsubasa high score you can use console command "ntr_high_score = xxx" open console while in ntr menu screen only this method will not unlock "300 confirmed kills" achievement.
On older version i messed around with rpa files and rpa unpacking to change the parameters like how much ammo or sanity and time you have and also timer for genius level puzzle just it was so long ago I forgot how it is done but there is also CC's for puzzles "match_easy_won = 3" , "match_normal_won = 3" , "match_hard_won = 3" .

you need to go inside your game folder P:\Haramase_Simulator\renpy\common find 00console.rpy open it with note pad or EMeditor find the line "If true, the console is enabled despite config.developer being False. config.console = False" then change from "config.console = False" to "config.console = True" close and save changes then in game press shift+O to open console

so how does the "Don't shoot armor vest" part work ?
That thing replenishes those % that slowly go down I shot every vest and just barely make it to the boss if you ignore them how do you keep % high ?

)]I think he's wrong about not shooting armor vests, but shooting normal enemies does raise your health by a minor amount. If you shoot them fast enough you will actually gain health faster than you lose it over time.so how does the "Don't shoot armor vest" part work ?

Yes. Load previous save from before you broke it. Once you broke it, load again.
