So good news for us and maybe bad news for Subbi86 if he is still translating. There is another update to the game. This one adds ability to walk around town while pregnant and adds new cgs for people groping Hazuki while pregnant. New dialog for Hazuki depending on her condition (sex slave, obedient, etc) has been added.
The update was released by the developer on DLSite. The game is not on Steam. I would be VERY surprised if Steam allows an game about kidnapping and then breaking/impregnating a woman on their platform. But "Welcome to the Adventure Inn" and "Holy Road" is already on Steam. Maybe only day we will see this and "Goblin Borrow" on Steam, but not today.

I think what would tick more for steam is the fact you can sell your kids to a human trafficker in this game every time the "girlfriend" gives birth.
To me thats the most fucked up mechanic here, rape porn games on steam are already plenty but steam dose take action against the more extreme stuff.
That one part about your kid can be rewritten with little effort to "Thank you for giving your child up for adoption. You have given the greatest gift to a couple who cannot have children of their own. Please be assured your child will have happy life. We hope you as happy as they are whatever you doing now." The whole kidnapping and mind breaking is not easy to rewrite.
The most hardcore game I found on Steam was "Welcome to the Adventure Inn" and "Holy Road". What more extreme is on Steam?

I think this game is most fun when you try to explore on your own.
Basically, you will be trying to gather intel on her and what are the methods to kidnap her. You could end up just date her.
Next is to execute kidnapping plan
Lastly is to train her into an erotic sex slave.
My save is as below. It has been a long time since I last touched it to play the two new endings so, I forgot howthe save files are organized.

I nvr use that software before so others might be able to give a better answer.
My guess is you are hooking to the wrong output stream. Try finding the stream which is the dialog box.
try using mtool by adventcrino, it fully translates the text ingame so it avoids the spamming clock. you can download off his patreon for free
