So lemme get this straight, after reading the dev notes, we can pursue the 'harem path' dating all the girls simultaneously (barring mutually exclusive choices like drinking wine with Jane vs. partying with Alex and Jenny) but ultimately we are locked into choosing solo L.I. endings with the exception of a Jane + Lana or Jenny + Alex throuple?
There's no "harem path", the MC can try to date everyone but in the end has to choose one LI or one of two throuples. It's a rather standard format for these games. Is that what you are asking?

Yeah, basically my poor attempt at humor with a tongue-in-cheek reference to WTHI, similarly no harem in that game, but several posters have indicated plans to follow the unofficial harem path (dating everyone simultaneously until the wheels falls off and then starting a new game at that chapter focused on pursuing specific L.I. or throuples).
So in this case, my first PT surprisingly (or maybe not considering my love for milfs and cougars) I fell for Jane and find myself also lusting after Lana, but I've already committed to a date with Krista, and points with Lily and Jenny. I did feel guilty almost taking Lily's first time despite being on the Jane romance path and was wondering if its possible to be on several 'love' paths simultaneously while still picking a 'final girl'/throuple at the end?

Um, how else is the MC supposed to know to stop them having sex if he can't actually hear them? First off, Bruce and Jane are already in a relationship, which is why they are having sex in the first place. Secondly, no one is forcing you to pursue Jane, she's just there if you happen to like hot milfs and don't mind cucking your dad.

Or, you could, you know, just go after anyone else besides Jane. Either daughter, Jane's sister, the cousin, Jenny's school friend, it's quite an impressive list any way you slice it. And you won't be able to "catch them all" anyways...
