I don't think there's anything else. I've tried different choices and still only out that as an outcome. Perhaps it's more in line with Cove's personality and the fact it's his and MC's first time?

This might be me wishful thinking, but maybe it's a plan in the far future for something more? It would be a waste not to consider further content, even though they are moving on to an Our Life 2.
It really feels like a test run, and if I'm not mistaken, it's their first sexual content, so they probably wanted to do something light for the first go. (And as was stated, it does fit Cove and the situation, we can't expect two teenage dummies to be porn stars and start crawling up the walls on their first go). I would think it's a big missed opportunity to not have actual intercourse (though, you know, it's what most anti-penetrative sexually active people are perfectly fine with, so technically, virginity loss
), but also, given that this last arch is going to involve a marriage (possibly, for me, I'm waiting for Cove to propose to me, 'bout time the boy takes initiative), maybe Cove/Developers are saving the "Great Merging" for marriage?
Though, given their reluctance to add this adult content with the main game, it leaves me to believe further exploration will with be an "imagine it/fade to black/ending screen" assumption, or another detached DLC; the issue is, will they continue to give Cove extra attention for another (adult)DLC, once Part 2 start taking off?
I find it odd they didn't just Go Big or Go Home with this one, considering the demo of Stage 4 have the option to live with Cove, and I can't imagine two 20 somethings, who are madly in love, and is living together, and maybe/possibly did what they did in the Adult DLC (which is timelined before Stage 4), won't keep banging and learning from then on out??? I'm just going to assume Stage 4 will explain the dynamic, if a bit censored.

Yeah, if I remember correctly they answered an ask on their Tumblr where they said that's all Cove and MC would do on the bonus DLC!

It's not coincidence that this one has the highest rating with the [Gay] tag on Itch.io. One moment I'm in love with Cove and all the romance, then suddenly the game ends and I remember my lonely depressed ass on real life

Well there is another game of theirs that does contain sexual content, I think I saw on patreon that the images had sexual intercourse encounter if I remember right when I went through their things. The game isnt out yet so far as I have seen.
Playing this Adult DLC, it just felt cautious to me, both because they could have just explicitly stated this is how sex works with Cove, instead of leaving it so open ended to make the player interpret the rest through imagination. Given Cove's words, I believe he's open to considering more, but the reason he didn't is what's left up to debate.
It's a little strange to make a full DLC to focus on sexual content, but not even explore the most rudimentary version of it.
Cove has a penis, so regardless of player's genitals, penetration will always be an option. We were given the option of hand-jobs and/or oral sex, even nothing at all, so why couldn't we be given the option to push it further to Cove and/or a penis having MC to initiate penetration? Plus, Cove's own words was that he wasn't "ready to go all the way, right now.", implying he would be, later; so regardless of player's comfort, it's implied if nothing further happens, it's most likely of the player's decision, as Cove has proven to not be asexual, especially with you, but willing to respect abstinence/anti-penetration.
It's strange to give us all of that in the DLC, with an option to stop or go at any time, but then go "Okay, yeah, imagine the rest, y'all!"; makes it a little silly to start "fading to black/imagining" at a more mature, and implied experienced (if we're to take this DLC as canon) age. This leads me to believe there was either a time limit/budget, that took focus away, and/or a lack of interest to pursue such details at this point; either given the age and immaturity of the characters, or the developers' comfort zone (I don't mean inexperience when I say this, I mean ability to stuff more into the DLC), and not so much this being Cove and Player's limit/accessibility.
Either way, we can only hope it would continue for the final stage, if not, look to an Easter egg/gift of it in the far future. You know, like when developers revisit their old work (we just have to wait for Our Life 1 to age a bit).
Yeah, I think I saw that leaked somewhere (was it here?). Wasn't it a homosexual scene? (I might have my wires crossed???) I'm not really following them, but, so far, it looks like the focus is on Our Life 2, and I'm feeling/hoping they let loose with the adult content in that one, even if they separate it like for Cove, I'm hoping they're more comfortable in doing a fuller adult/XXX exploration, if not only because they hadn't with Cove. (I do know erotica can alienate a lot of players, and with their wholesome genre, I get that making XXX a focus can push away a lot of interest, not only just from the young player base.)
Anyways, you all, I'm not even disappointed, I loved every bit of the DLC, it was cute, and fun, and sexy. I'm just a sexual degenerate that always want more lewd! I'm gonna pray for more sexual interest with Cove for the last stage, even if it's unlikely, and gonna clap my hands for even more sexy times with the LIs in Our Life 2!
I'm a lot of things, and one of them is an optimist.
I think people need to remember, the game is not intended to be a 'sex game'. Someone posted it here because there are people who will enjoy it, but if you're only interested in the sex, this game isn't for you. They might not even include anything like this in future games, and they probably won't add anything beyond what we already have in this one...

It had two version. It seems like the MC of that game can either be female or male, so yeah, choose gender.
The generous user thexxxfairy made it available to us.
My. Thoughts. Exactly. But I'm kinda relieved I still found the DLC satisfying in its own way. Maybe it's not too late for my soul...

I would like to thank the uploaders here because I've searched a lot for that game DLCs pirated version. I wasn't sure about it, I had great doubt since there is only one route (and AAA companies do make cheap stuff so I didn't know about indies...). Thanks to you, I was convinced and bought the DLCs after playing a lot the pirated version!
Anyway, I tested the 18+ version and yeah they wrote in it it's bonus for their patreons (so the CGs weren't the same quality as main game, imo) and here's a resume of the features:
- You can choose your gender, it will be reflected in the CGs censored or not *cough*
- You can select if your couple is new or not. I didn't tried the second choice to see the difference.
- it's a separate game, you don't need the main game to play it but they do share same save files (you can't important your save it won't work they said)
Step 4 looks promising *cough*
I need to d/l the beta version ASAP!!
