Normally, Sarah invites you to a beach date and the location is unlocked, it's at the bottom of the map.
If you're playing 0.3.1 or previous versions, you need to do Jessica's story to unlock it.

What engine is all of this made in? It's not daz3d, but it doesn't seem to be any illusion either? Looks a bit special, in a sea of copycats, it stands out. Maybe it's just the style? IDK but I'm very curious!

There's a whole chain of events going on outside of the sandbox triggered via the computer in MC's room.
You need to be at a certain point with the girls so check the walkthrough in your phone, it'll show you what are the requirements for it.
I asked the same question a few months back, even though redlighthouse has not replied, many others have suggested it might be Honey Select 2 with lots of mods..
.. and I think they may be correct.

ugh idk what i did wrong but no matter how many times i click on the exe game wont run/open i looked into background to see if its working there but found nothing

There is a progress bar on his patreon page. His pace of work is around 15% per week. Depends the lenght of the update. Red Lighthouse is becoming a very reliable developer, the game is very good and his releases and comunication are constant.

I really hope that the dev will add in repeatable h events into the game and not just throw everything into a silly gallery. All the skipping time is boring zzz

Buy something at flea market, go to your room, open inventory, select an object and identify it. After you have identified the object, select him and click on "give" and you have to do this with three objects at least.
