That is pretty common with most of these games. Since the build up means that "goal sex," will not be for a while, developers often need to provide some morsel for impatient players.
well, if you dont mind it's combined with the i patch, but its not realy needed, did a fast runtrough inside scripts.
I tried the android version (0.5.4) and the PC version on joiplay. Neither of em have the stats button. Maybe its because of the error early game. Will have to play it on PC i guess.
its at the bottom of the screen where the menu, quick save, quick load,... last button should say stats

the stat is gone coz its modded by the website for their own use I think.
haha yea, in that first version i was mainly curious to see where you would go with it, frankly i would have thought you would abonden the project and start a new one, after the revision was done i actually played the old version again becouse of the story with keisy around the kamping place and at the end spying on those guys to take them down
