You can't because the saves are not retrocompatible between 2-3 updates due to code rework. Your best bet would be to wait for someone to share their savefiles, like the ones in here.

That one has no bestiality or "fringe" content unless you count interspecies (as in monsters, not exactly animals) as bestiality.
