Have you done the morning BJ? Before getting out of bed, pick one option that says something along the lines of "Stay in bed" (I don't remember correctly), then a scene will start (can be repeated) and pick the BJ, then do the Bath HJ and check if the option for sex is available.

You can't because the saves are not retrocompatible between 2-3 updates due to code rework. Your best bet would be to wait for someone to share their savefiles, like the ones in here.

You need to extract the files into the folder where the "game.exe" file is located. If you only put the compressed file in they won't work.
