Leiden isn't one of the characters that helps for the last boss. They are florence, carnacki and gerda.

DLC3 will really kick your ass hahahaha! how do i kill the wanna be angel, she killed dr florence that i had trouble sparing, and how do i defeat the Unicorn?
if you're at the unicorn, you can't fight the angel anymore. Unis requires fear status effect to stop her evasion.

I'm not sure how to help you. I beated Unis, saved Leiden from being killed by Mabel and went to talk to her where I first met her. I think she ask you what reward do you want, so you can trigger the h-scene.

You need to play Leiden questline, by that i mean choose the tiger camp, if you already in unis quest you cant go back, so i hope you have your previous save or start a new loop

i currently wearing 2 ring of fear, but it doesn't seem to work, Unis just keeps evading, is there a skill or a weapon that can really put an ailment on UNIS?

Just aoe them. Kishingatana has a good aoe attack that can actually be used for it. She also only splits at 50% so if you kill her in one go, you can skip that phase. Hans or gungnir/partisan +10 (zex sturm) are good choices. You can apparently still use consumable buffs like carpeneter nails.

Gonna start up this game soon since I'm sorta halfway through my replay of the first game. Just wanted to ask if you could sell colored souls in this one like in the first game cause they gave you quite a bit of souls.

Yes, you can.
Not sure, but that's not enough to handle at maxed stats. I suggest equipping Miranda's Axe to counter attacks and God's Angels+5 (that sword works fine for long battles).
You can't use god's angel because it has a special property that replaces your normal attack with an unavoidable skill. Unis' domain prevents the use of unavoidable skills. Miranda's axe might be the same.
She regenerates every time you kill a clone unfortunately.
