Is pregnancy a thing in this game, or is it like the last game where it's like a dream/epilogue thing where you get a scene about possible pregnancy, but the game continues and says "she's not pregnant yet"?

I've only played this for a bit and got the pregnancy ending which ends the game. I haven't finished the main story arc so I don't know if there is anything else.

You are not wrong , but i hope you understand that Inusuku is doing it only becouse of JP censorship law and he has no other choice. Everything in JP has similar censorship .
Speaking of which its not much different from Western one , where you can dismember and mutilate a human body but god forbid a single nipple is shown.
And if we go way back , JP became more censored becouse West was angry with JP sex culture so much , that JP government had to do something . (Rapelay game )

Now thinking about it , had JP never decided to release and translate their hentai games for West , games would be way less censored now. ( Not only hentai ones , but games in general too. These days JP have to censor such things as pantyshots so Western loud minority won't raise hell )

I think that more talking about censorship in general will be too off topic here , but i agree with you that censorship that caters to vocal minorities is bad.
On a good side , this game is stable top 1 sell ranking since release and very popular so it is almost out of question that somebody will de censor it not officially .
And maybe we will also get more content in future patches this year since Inusuku got a good amount of $ so far compared to his previous games ( Not saying that it was not hard earned of course ).
My personal opinion , i will wait for complete version that is bug free , decensored and maybe with extra content if there will be one .
Unless there will be some catastrophe , there is no doubt that people will continue to have interest in this game.

I felt I should help correct a very major misunderstanding here. Japanese censorship laws have been going on well before the 1900s. There have been court cases well before 2004 (Rapelay's release date) that have upheld these laws and punished both publishers and creators of erotic material for insufficient censorship. The most recent major court cases happened in 2013 where a Japanese publisher was arrested for insufficient censorship.

In other words, the censorship in Japan has little to do with outcry from the West. The censorship laws are basically used to have more control over people and to make money through fines. In regards to the Rapelay incident, this didn't really result in stricter censorship, it instead caused the Japanese porn industry to largely ignore attempting to translate and distribute to potential Western audiences.

This game is turning really great, the way things are animated is a really big step up from "imouto monochrome" and there`s so much more options when interacting with lil sis, the only things missing are a more impactful headpating scene (need a CG, because LEWD) and handholding scene (EVEN MORE LEWD), also, keep up the great work Shadesishere, i really appreciate you taking your time to do the TL for such a great game, shame i can`t help you in anyway other than saying thank you.

I've been enjoying this game a lot for a few days now
I managed to basically make the sister initiate the sex by getting her lust and interest high enough without actually molesting her throughout all of it
Eventually the MC just woke up with his sister riding him in the morning, after that, night raids were fair game

Also, I would've really liked to know that finishing the big adventure would allow me to not get the sister pregnant anymore before I spent su much money on buying after pills and condoms
Now they're just rotting there in my inventory, useless

And lastly, I currently have her at 800+ trust and 700+ interest but I'm pretty sure that in this game there is not the abiliy to initiate daylong sex like in Imouto Monochrome is there?
I can make do without it but it is a bit of a shame that during saturdays and sundays, the option to just ask for sex first thing in the morning does not exist anymore

Does anyone know how "Sensitive Onii-Chan" status affects my stats or does it do anything for the sister at all? I ended up with that one so I'm being easy on her. Did get caught peeping once and while looking for panties once but talked my way out both times. Seems to be lucky there. Other than that, I don't really know how that status affects the game. It's still early on but I've played Imouto and a "Sensitive" status did affect H scenes. I haven't done any on this game because it's new and I'm going slow and gentle while trying peek or hunt for panties a few times a week.

And in the training camp, doing the defense training.

Due to how AP recovery works, having over 100 AP is a bit useless. You can recover 55 ap at most when sleeping, 10 when bathing and another 10 with tea. Having around 90 ap should be enough.

Energy drinks restore 30 AP, but they're not available for purchase at the start. You can get one from a traveling drinks merchant who might stop by your house in the evening, if and only if you buy something from him (he sells tea, coffee, and snacks, at a discount).

Green Tea restores 10 AP, and Black Tea restores 5 AP.

If you're asking about raising max AP, then these actions will raise max AP:

• doing basic training at the guild
• after-hours training with guildmates (also raises their stats)
• part-time work at the farm on weekends
• Voluntary Training --> Run (only available on weekends, before dinner)
• Great Adventure with Imouto on weekends (also raises your other stats)

I think it's also possible to raise max AP by doing Contribution and Subjugation at the guild, but I'm not 100% sure. I know they'll raise some of your other stats, though.

also there is a random event with akatski which gives a decent amount if you finish all 3 stages of the event (what ever his name is from the rival guild) and swimming at weekends gives a single point as well.
