Great game. Really sucked me in.

No interest in NTR, but got a bit of a soft spot for women with difficult pasts. Hope I'll be able prevent anything bad from happening to Grace if I actively pursue her route.

Well, iam midway through chapter 2 i guess... wanted to share some opinions of mine so far...

First of all, i like the start of the game very much. Not the most originally story (well of course the DEV liked The departed an the godfather, no doubt about that... but iam a HUGE fan of scorsese too) but alongside the AVNs around here it is something different. So, thats a huge plus.

NTR ist part of the game but easily avoidable. so good work on that front, but yeah the "danger" of getting NTR is something that works well in the game.

You play as one protagonist, but you see many scenes out of the view of the others and make decisions for them (James, Zoe and so on) this is a little strange, but it works out ok i guess...

The Renders are nice looking (especially the girls are well made) but have some errors here and there i noticed... for example the flowers at the desk of Cindy. Or like some characters are floating 10 centimeters above the floor and some things like that. Not too many and not too bad, but flaws i noticed, and which the really good games around here dont have that often.

What you need the most, please please make a (optional) text-box... its really hard to read sometimes.

I will watch the game going on, i like it, but its not good enough to pledge on patreon (sry there a way better games out there and money is tight, cant pledge for everyone) we will see if the upcoming chapters will change my mind in that.

I know there are a lot of anti ntr people here but I think having James and Wilson be rivals for Zoe or other love interests would add so much depth to the story. I know Zoe currently hates James but I think that could be remedied as the story progresses. It could also add another layer of conflict in the game where the players can feel more in control and invested in the story.

There's the ntr hater. The dev said they found no reason to add ntr aspects to other LIs in the story so far. That doesn't mean that they would never do so if they think it would add more to the story. And there's no need to be offended. I only stated that it would add depth to the story given the plot's progression.

I guess you didn't read anything else the dev wrote. They said this is not an ntr focused game it was side content for one character.

Then don’t give choices in those places. Leave the choices for smaller “flavour” scenes instead, but largely stay a KN, it’s fine, just say that it is. But it’s also possible to have divergent storylines.

We got hardcore compression, DP and BDSM done to the game to scare pixels into submission.
We also got teary eyed crunching where love and cuddling are used to brush pixels off the excess.

We got options and judging by the raw gore of the source material
and the moments in game where there are false options that both punish the player,
you are well within your rights to choose the time and space you will invest into gaming here.

Seeing as I only touched the contents of audio, image, and video files and also took great care to rebuild on the exact same Ren'Py version the official game versin got built on, this is most probably a problem on your end. Granted I only tested the early parts of the game, I can save and load on Linux using either compression.
