I usually base if I start over with how much I remember about the story. If I've forgotten things or want a refresher on characters and such I start over. I just replayed the game a while back though, I was checking something out that I had forgotten, so I'll be loading a save this time, but when .02 came out I started over.
Edit: I also didn't punch Axel while at the stairs in my first run of 0.2 so I wanted to correct that. I first tried to defuse the situation, but you get in trouble either way so after a while, and since I needing to check some other stuff out, I was like, yeah, why not get in trouble for actually hitting the asshole in the face? And as we learned more about Alex, I had to go back and punch him.

You are free to do what you want, If you are already supporting the game then I don't see anything wrong with downloading it now.

I'll admit I'm disappointed it happened already, but not surprised.
I feel worse for Caribdis, but at the same time it's bittersweet because I'm glad to see just how popular his works are - that they are so in demand.

Yeah! I rode on subscribers' coattails all the way on Once in a Lifetime, but my conscience finally kicked in for this. My pirate flag isn't flying so high any more.

It wasn't me. A few hours ago Caribdis wrote me in my personal message and asked not to leak the game. I supported him and assured him that I wouldn't do that, although we discussed that sooner or later it would leak anyway.
As I wrote him, and repeat here, that I bought such an early version, to make a literary translation in my native language. That's what I'm doing now. Line 160 of 10577

you can use it to play the PC version of the game (and the PC version of most renpy games). You just place the folder containing the game in the renpy folder, open the renpy launcher app, and then select the game from the list that appears. In my experience, you don't usually need to do what the thread above suggests (eg make a new folder) but can can just unzip the PC version you've downloaded and put it in straight in the renpy app folder. Very occasionally it doesn't work for one reason or another, but I'd say it works with 95% of the pc versions I try to play on mac. I've just confirmed it works with this game (I'm using a mac).

Can't sell it on Steam because it uses Honey Select 2.
If it gets popular enough, Illusion may be willing to publish it for him... very big big big maybe. Still a maybe though.
For now the best bet is to get it on Itch if you want to get it as a straight up purchase.
