What are the general impressions of chapter 4?

It's the same as always, for me. This is one of the few games on here that I can actually enjoy without having to skip through dialogue to get to sex scenes. I feel sometimes the updates are a bit short, but then you lose quality when the dev rushes it to get more material sooner. It's a great story, with nice looking renders.

EDIT: I, for some reason, saw Rebirth on your post and thought that was the game thread we were on. haha
My response was about Rebirth, and not Alive. I haven't played Alive, yet. I've been waiting.

I think you'll have to wait a bit. I don't think anyone who's signed up to my patreon is on here, so it won't be leaked for a bit. It'll happen eventually (or it'll go free eventually!), but I don't think for now.

And it was a good thing too. I did something dumb and left a bug in the release that prevented all progress on one of the routes. Luckily someone found it and I was able to issue a quick patch, but I'm glad that version didn't get leaked at least. That would have sucked even more than having it to begin with.

I gave it a try. It was fine. I think if you like the earlier stuff it was good if not then maybe not.

OK, chapter 4 was good! It's obvious I'm going to have to do some replay's with alternate paths (my main is Mary path) but the other 3 girls are all hot. I'll be very curious to see the disaster that the nymphomaniac friendship destroying route becomes.

I would love to do a WT mod or just a basic WT if I had the time, but I just don't right now unfortunately. The game is starting to get big enough, with enough divergence that it'd be helpful, but for now I just try to make most choices rather obvious if it's good or bad (For the person you're talking to), so you don't have to guess which is right.

Rollback should be enabled everywhere EXCEPT inside the minigame.

If it's not, or not working, let me know specifically where so I can take a look at it please. If rollback for some reason isn't working, I may need to patch that because I 100% intend it to work properly.

Thanks, although my post regarding wt mod wasn't to simplify the choices but rather to avoid choosing between when choices overlap so one could finish the story in one go without the need to run the saves again.

Good to hear. I didn't think it was broken, but thanks for making me check - I found an unrelated bug that messes up future progress *if* you take a very specific route. It's not one I think many people will take, but it's still something I should patch. Later today I'll probably patch it up so that it doesn't actually affect anyone negatively in the future.

There isn't an alone route actually. There was until V4, but I put the kibosh on that for now. Sorry, but a choice is necessary! (But not necessarily final). In regards to the bottom route - you should be scared!
