I don't think that there really is a harem route. Taking things too far with one girls tends to block progress with another. You can get a lot of girls, don't get me wrong, but I don't think you can get all of them.

It's certainly possible to "play the field": as of the end of act 1 of CK2 it's possible to be dating 4 girls while being FWB with another 6 or so (or be FWB with all 10).
But there are a few relationships that lock out others (if you have sex with Jenny you can't get with her friend Penelope; dating Lauren will prevent anything serious developing with her sister Autumn) and there are hints that some of the girls you can date aren't happy if they know you're also dating another.
Whether we'll be able to continue to play the field (or have to go exclusive) is unclear. I belive the dev has said that CK won't be a harem game but I guess that depends on his definition of a harem game!

Yes, although, technically, you can't complete the list before the end of the party when you give it back to Imre (you won't have had actual sex with anyone).
But you can have sex with Lauren when everyone else has left and this counts as completing the list for the purposes of the "Taskmaster" achievement.
