Thank you for your efforts. However, I would agree that hevc can have some compatibility issues. It works fine for me, but it has lag when skipping to distant points in the video's timeline, not to mention that it doesn't loop as seamlessly as avc. Win 8.1 here.
Darn. It plays fine on my end. I use windows 10 and potplayer. Anytime I'm forced to re encode anything its with hevc, because it provides better quality than avc at the same bitrate.

I'll try Archive.org to see if that work.

Is that collection all from Audiodude or a mix?
That mega is just stuff that was missing from my own collection, nothing more. It's a mix of audio from audiodude and lerico I believe...hell, I don't keep track. Maybe I should from now on. I pick the audio that sounds the best to me, and remux that into the original video. Those were all vids I either overlooked or had been redone with new lighting / mp4 format.

Anyway, that's enough pointless posts from me in this thread. I prefer to focus on content over discussion.

I added those animations in a separate folder reencoded with avc. See if those work? I might try downloading VLC and testing some hevc stuff out. I haven't used vlc for ages. Do they play at all, or does it give you an error and not even open?
Audio plays, but video gets stuck in the first couple of frames (kinda like how a 4k video gets stuck if your computer can't handle it). Curiously, Windows doesn't display a preview in the folder, just the VLC icon.

Anyway, the AVC-encoded vids work without issue. Thanks a ton!

I dont have problem playing any of those files, but granted i am using latest version of media player classic home cinema from github with up to date codecs. so either your pc can't handle it, or your player codecs would be my guess.

While I cannot deny the compression efficiency of HEVC-5, I still think AVC has the better playback fluidity, and wider compatibility.
I'd like to switch to another player, but I can't quite find one that outmodes VLC in terms of utility and versatility... Or maybe I'm just a stubborn VLC loyalist, lol.

Idk if anybody will know this, but in the latest file there's a character called bader... anyone know where she's from
She looks like the dark elf in Lineage Ⅱ. You can compare her with the one in the following video, which is one of the CGs of Lineage Ⅱ.

Does anyone have a source for when this was posted or where it was posted?

I find this images when sorting the collection. It either this was a bonus render for people who download his Mega archive before it was nuke or it was posted somewhere else IDK about.

As promised, for those that like to collect videos with sound, here is a peak on part1 of the whole collection:

-> "all doa works with sound" (well all I could find that is so far) hopefully not missing anything terribly important: (part 1 of archive)
next one.
Part2 LP with Sound - Final Fantasy Girls Archive A-J letters :
- link dead

more will be upped in time. :)

Part3 LP with Sound - Final Fantasy Girls Archive K-Y letters (+bonus 3d blender folder wirth darkdreamsvr ff stuff) :
Way to go, you're really putting in the work! However, GoFile links are known to expire all too soon for everyone's liking. Perhaps distribute these folders into less-than-2gb parcels, uploaded separately into a less ephemeral hosting service?
While it may sound slightly tedious, at least it would ensure than no re-uploading will be required, for those who would come late to the party.
Your call, of course. Thank you all the same for these sorted packs.

This was good. Thank you. I found a few missing audios for some stuff in my no audio folder. Only thing I can warn people of is that these are not all original video quality. MadamHandjob, just to name an example. It's half the original framerate, and for some dumb reason, is at 2x the original bitrate...and it still looks worse than the original. Best to remux these yourself if you have the know how and original videos from lazy.

No problem. I am aware. I am sure someone will do that eventually. people are free to download these and reshare/improve them as they see fit anywayz. It was what I have at the time, and I'm sure some of these can be improved. hopefully this helps people on the road to get the full archive at least.

I'm grateful. One thing I noticed here from this collection of audio is it seems like Volkor is the only one who uses the original video, and his audio aligns perfectly. Whenever I remux and check the length of the audio tracks, his are the only ones that match up verbatim. Lerico and others sometimes don't match up perfectly, either the audio is a few milliseconds shorter or longer than the original video or the video itself gets tampered with which pisses me off. I think Volkor is the best one at the craft. I really respect that guy now.
