Given you primary target audience (incest and harem lovers). I would suggest keeping it sole male. (i.e. only MC gets his dick wet).
So if you do add multiple pen, have it be because of sex toys.
And if you do add prostitution, don't have it be whoring an LI, instead have it be MC going to a brothel, or MC whoring himself out. (Just not an LI, that rubs people the wrong way).
Primary reason being, you will lose a lot of your main demographic simply including such content (optional/avoidable or not, it being avoidable/optional will only mean that you lose slightly less, but still lose a lot).
This is especially true for NTR and swinging/sharing, and beast stuff.
Also be careful with the futa (basically, don't have them doing stuff with an LI, and only MC). Cause that runs into the same problems as swinging/sharing if done a certain way.
Note: be careful of NTR with how you do any lesbian content, (females can steal from MC too).
I would also suggest banning any tags you personally don't like either, a surefire way to kill your motivation to make something is when you have to make content you dislike or even hate.

I would say "stick to your project", if you try to please everyone here you will not be successful , its just impossible, your game will turn into a Frankenstein face, all stitched. When you least expect it, you will be working on something that you no longer like and will probably abandon the project, as many have already done. We lost a lot of good games here because some (spoiled) ppl dont like 1 or 2 tags, then start to bash the developer, he get pissed, he say "fuck you all", then abandon the project. The majority of the vocals here are not even suporters, its a pirate site, a good showcase, but still a pirate site. The game is yours, you are the developer, you are the owner, if i dont like a tag, its my problem not yours, you are not here to please me. If you wanna write and tell a story, just do it. Be open to criticism especially about game mechanics such as navigation, bugs, gameplay, quality of life stuff to make your game "smooth to play", thats it.
PS: Keep in mind Patreon rules, be carefull. I would say, open a Subscribestar account, at least for backup, think about it.

Loli patch, as also the incest patch, are already in the game. Activabile if you do what someone who want loli/incest content will do.
Subscribestar is already on its way. We are prioritizing the developement of the first chapter, but, in the meantime, we are also doing other stuff, like the subscribestar page.
I just mean that SS is better for loli/incest content, while Patreon with that content you need a separate patch just to avoid problems. But I can't wait to see content

It's basically a short demo, the first actual update/release is currently being worked on

I think they probably should have waited for what they are working on. As it stands there is just not enough to get anyone interested, at least not in my opinion. There is a tiny intro and you name people... The end. It also seems like they need to do some post processing with the renders, a denoiser and such.
Yeah the dev has done some work on the denoising, and they have improved, but still needs a bit of work (dev's own words), but they do look better
