I've never played any other games from this dev, but is this to imply that it's in the same universe as Goblin Slayer? Because I'm quite certain that that's Guild Girl.

Haven't seen any in Barony games, ever.
There was some small hint at it in MOD though, in the "slave" extra content, you could try the "slave" content and see for yourself (lose to the enemy X times to activate) perhaps there you might find at least some hint at it but not very likely.
And it makes sense that there is none, can you imagine a thief sneaking about with a massive belly?

Perhaps a bit similar art style. This particular older style of drawing isn't uncommon.

Its probably not, just the concept "adventure's guild" is very common place for a lot of anime.
Ugh, this was a rough engine transition. Game feels worse and lessened in many aspects compared to Magician, while not offering anything fresh. The voice acting is good, but the silliness of it diminishes the suspense of certain scenes and game moments.
At the moment Magician of the Olecta Desert is just a better game. Play it first, if you're here for gameplay. This one is just a nice addition to it.

More like something the JPs picked off D&D way the fuck back when Roaming was still a Free Action for Dinosaurs then migrated to vidya gaemz then duly copypasta'd to animanga, all without ever engaging a single brain cell.
On the pirate ship in the storage room, but you have to break some of the statues first.

Whew, finally done with this game.
Took a while to explore every corner, but it was fun.

Anyone know which key unlocks this door, and where can I find it?
For reference, I've already defeated the Blood Sucker boss thing, gotten the special staff and the legendary sword, and have all four of the medals (whale, shark, seagull, dolphin). So far I meet the requirements for 'Escaping Alone' and 'Take Over Pirate Ship'.
Anyone know which key unlocks this door, and where can I find it?

Oh. And I'm out of oil. I kind of just pick them up without thinking about how they are obtained; are they at least grindable?Need oil for it not key.

I find it annoying that you everytime you want to backstab someone you have to open menu and select that option. Why cant the game automatically apply that when you approach the enemies from behind. KInda fucked up the immersion
