You can also increase charm going to PE afterschool...Try the different clothes in the park and talking to the bikers
Serving the biker at the diner is the most certain way to increase charm and doesn't lose you the opportunity to make $$. Once your charm is high enough and other tasks are completed to let you visit the bikers' den, you can earn another point there. I recommend that you NOT visit the park or PE to increase charm, just use that biker, but don't neglect visiting the park AFTER befriending Carrie, as her route unlocks all sorts of other paths that take a lot of time to complete and it is a real grind later if you don't have much else to do.

What is the result? I'm guessing you're not a native English speaker, and I'm sure it's frustrating.
