How do you get the achievements Yoga 301? Every time I go to do it, it says Hannah isn't there - she is in the office atm for me.

Also how you you get the Making some boy’s day achievement - I followed the walktrough and took a swim then went to the bleachers but nothing happens.

Yoga 301 doesn't involve Hanna,
Achieve "Yoga 201" and "Walk of Shame", then do yoga at the state park.

For the other, you need exhibition +50 as well as having lost the panties dipping in the pond and then sitting on the bleachers.

Nope, not in this game, but there is probably a screen-capture video uploaded somewhere, maybe pornhub...
Some of the achievement scenes are repeatable, others happen only once.
