Probably not, but on Lydia's path, you are kinda forced to have a good relationship with him, and the only way to do that, it's being his ally.
so basically you ask game to be extended.
They have a heated argument and break up their alliance in this update anyway so it doesn't matter if you are friendly or hostile to him in the earlier part of the game. Its only a few dialogues change.
about the multi mod, I just saw a post that the mod has been updated, woohoo, time to replay it and see what happens

there is alot of instances if you play your cards right, I remember 3 or 4 times with Katlyn, and a few time with the royal girls, so Im sure there will be more with them after the weddings ...... (I hope) and maybe some royal brats running around ...... (I hope again)

It's one of those games where its gotten to point if i see a woman i'm fully expecting to fuck her at some point lol - we met a girl who literally wants to behead us in revenge for her dead family and her slavery and yet im there thinking about what kind of sex scenes we will get with her down the line lol. Just hope the dev gives them all time to develop as characters though as its gotten to stage i must confess at points ive had to seek out the bios to remind myself "who was that again?" lol. Recent updates have thankfully had far more of the girls cross paths so they can jell/bicker which is great for non central to plot characters like Isabella and Flora to get screentime though ive no idea how the dev will start to integrate the likes of the Barmaids or Masseuse into the deeper narrative in all honesty.
