Does anyone have other game by this publisher that are in English? their other game seems to be more... vanilla compared to this one where it is quite extreme. I would love to play their game that are mostly focused on romance with sex as the side dish.

Afaik all of their games are messed up one way or another, there's none "vanilla" nor "romance" as a whole, and NONE of them is published in English (this one is fan translated), but the writing and stories are 10/10 - unique in a weird way. Tho the lasted I konw is "GILLY'S PHARMACY", not sure if there're later games.

You get it by stealing Ryuugo's necklace when you first have a drinking party with him.
After that, progress Futoshi's storyline until you get to an item day, without any drugs or items.
A storm will be raging. If you choose to still proceed onto the ship, you'll unlock this image and the "Magical" ending.
Koyanagi kills you on the 7th day because you haven't been visiting Futoshi enough.
Futoshi has two hidden values. "Body" and "Mind". Combined, they must be over 5 to bypass Koyanagi killing you on the 7th day. If you wish to go along Ryuugo's route or David's route, I recommend selecting "Pain" training twice. (Choosing "Despair" and the "Single Whip" when given the option.)
Unfortunately, you can not bottom at all. Though there is a deleted scene where the MC gives a handjob to Ryuugo.
I set the unlock for those to completing the gallery and memory pages.
Speaking of that, It's interesting to see people enjoy the work.

If I were to continue translating,
I'd prefer it was an older game like UmisenYamasen, not something recent like Gilly's Pharmacy,
where it might more heavily affect their income.
Unfortunately, I am currently unable to open up FWD files at my skill level.
If anyone posts a fully cracked file, that would go a long way towards having it translated.

This I would like to see more of UNDERGROUND CAMPAIGN games translated if possible. Once I enjoyed and would like to see translated would be underground campaign Maison De M. But very lucky to have slave island translated.

Maison De M is translated up to Chapter 5, though I'm unsure if another anon or group are translating it. The main issue with projects of anons, not much coordination.
The file is in xp3 format though, same as OSI, so it would be possible. I'd prefer a game they don't actively sell. (When I started OSI, they didn't have the game available on their booth)

I'm a bit confused, "actively sell" or not, it's still piracy; and it's not like it'll affect their sales since they don't sell outside of Japan (+only Japanese).
Not sure if you already considered, IMO what do help their business, is you offer collaboration to officially translate their games, let them sell overboard.
That way they get more sales, you get paid for your work, and more people around the world can enjoy their games.
Tho a lot of Japanese companies don't want to do business overboard, not sure if it's their measure against piracy, feels like Japan has more structured law's against it within.
But Piracy happens eventually, since digital goods have unlimited quantity.

As for the "actively sell", it's just a lesser rule I try to adhere to. It's piracy no matter what, but when translating things from smaller companies or artists, it definitely hits harder. UGCP isn't a large company like EA/Blizzard/Konami. I do my best to ensure if I do translate a work it's at least a decade old, and if possible, isn't publicly available in any form. That last part is a little flexible though.
It's always an unknown how many English readers would have gone to them had I never translated, nor how many HAVE gone to them because of my work, but it's easier to assume I'd have a negative impact on more recent works.
I did consider collaboration, but in my research there were a few horror stories of legal troubles regarding "unsanctioned translations". Instead of risking that, it was easier to spread it anonymously.
If someone does fully crack "UmisenYamasen" or "Ryuusei-gou ni Notte", I'd love to work on them.
Re-creating even the first two chapters with screenshots, paint tools, and audio tools burned me out fairly quickly.
Not to mention the quality of their product noticeably degraded.
But if they aren't cracked, I'll take a break until November. See if anyone has made progress in 18 months for "Maison de M" and finish that.
For now, enjoy the databook.
It's just as twisted and tantalizing as the game itself.
I even included a patch as a scene selector to help out with finding every last image and memory of Okinawa Slave Island.
I followed every guide (LE, system locale) but i cant open the game. Does anyone know how to fix it?
Is your system local to Japanese? If so not really sure what else can offer, your pc/laptop may just not be compaitable becuase changing system local to Japanese normally works, also your anti-virus/window defenders should be put on a setting to allow the game file oki. Other than that no idea.
