Ok yeah, you are missing a quest.
Load the game, Press F1 in game, and a console should appear, type "AddQuest TestOfPower" (without the "), then click the "Execute" button and a new quest should appear in your journal.

I saw in game were an advice about "that you can't have a harem in this game". So I have a question, how many routes do we have here? And what with which characters?

I wonder if I'll need a walkthrough for this or just start a new game and ignore all the girls until the fated hour when they finally go love sick crazy and jump Bell?
It is actually pretty simple: Enter the first common route to unlock the Brothel, do all six scenes (3x Lena, 3x Samira), reach the Ishtar arc with no route (Demeter does not count as one, so you can also do her in the same playthrough), challenge and defeat Aisha (she's OP tho), and once the arc is over, Aisha, Lena and Samira will join Hestia Familia and go after Bell.The Power of Wholesome Harem

Then Haruhime happens, Lili wants a piece of Bell as well, and Hestia won't be left out, and that's how the Harem route will pretty much go.
It is end game content, but it will be a good one to import into the sequel.

In the sequel, yes.
There could be 1 or 2 scenes at most in the whole game.
