Here's the short answer to all these questions.
0.62 was leaked before it's planned public release, again, which I'm not thrilled about. Had whoever hacked it or leaked it early included the faq sheet, it would have added more info explaining the length of content available. Early release was supposed to be a patreon perk and was also supposed to part of my play-testing phase so there's likely to be some hiccups and bugs I didn't catch on my play-throughs.
You can't complete the Elixir of Life Quest. It's just not done yet. The Sin of Man portion didn't make this release.
A bunch of the game is not done. I'm working on it as much as I can get away with, so you'll just have to bear with me.

From the looks of it. Literally all of the new content is someone else fucking the girls or at least a majority of it based on what I'm seeing from the picture folder. No thanks. Imagine waiting so long for the update and its just that.
Edit: I stand corrected, after comparing the old version to the new. There is at least some new stuff for the mc. Sorting by Date didn't get the whole picture there, unless this was older content that got removed and added back this update or something. Still annoying to see 4 of the 8 new pieces of content being with other characters. Just make a female protag game if you're going to do that, I'm here to see " and attracting a stable of Nubile Human Harem Girls for him to indulge in! " not for others to indulge in that harem.

I for one am all for seeing the girls getting fucked by other kinds of monsters, I was hoping for that actually. I'm loving the new update and I hope garcoman adds even more variety like that.
Ayyy man take your time bro we know you will done a great job in the official update release don't rush your works because a bunch horny guys and horny guys be patient lol.

So I can just expect going forward that anytime a new version drops the comments in this thread will retread the exact same set of topics:
1-Why can't I streamroll the endless waves of the strongest stree-uhks in what's obviously meant to be an unwinnable battle?
2-This obviously comedic game totally killed off Darcia and it's definitely not a fake-out, I refuse to play anymore
3-How do we rescue (and then bone, obviously) the Tomb Raider Easter egg?
4-This game that has had clues since the first public release/the earliest part of the game that the girls are basically groupies has lewd content that isn't 100% them getting railed by the player character, oh the horror
At least this time around we haven't gotten "the goblins in this game aren't just ripping off the ones from Goblin Slayer and I'm big mad about it".
