Yes I know. That is why I asked which it was...the tags would need to be different if that were the case.

The scene you are probably looking at is avoidable, and if you don't avoid it she dies, never becoming an LI. Game needs a rape tag though and seems like something (th

e game, not the scene) that might need the NTR tag eventually, even if it's avoidable (obviously not getting in the way of the current tags).

Does the player(not the mc necessarily) see what happens or does it just fade to black and your character finds out she died the next day?
I think depending on the context of how it happens, the tag wouldnt be warranted. I haven't seen it myself yet. Though I suppose some would disagree with me simply because it happens

You can help her, avoiding it entirely, skip it and it still happens, skip just the death, or watch the whole thing.
Also to be upfront as this is another thing that can't really be tagged without content but will be questionable for some players, the player character's mother is a prostitute.

Make rape scenes only for the shock value and whine about the affiliated tag.
